evening walk. And Raincoat, woollen and sun hat, sunglasses, and gloves.
You can also take a good sleeping bag which is essential in winter.
Along these, a first aid kit is the most important thing should carry
that include medication for diarrhoea, antibiotics for sinus or chest
illness, adhesive bandages.
